Amy Agnew Irvine is a fourth-generation native of the San Francisco Bay Area. Amy has enjoyed many roles throughout her career, ranging from college instructor to tech consultant, fifth-grade teacher and vice president. Yet, her favorite role is being Mom to her young adult children, Emily and Colby. When she's not writing, speaking, or facilitating workshops, Amy can be found wearing her Cape to stand-up paddle board, golf, dance, and cook gourmet meals for her favorite people. Amy lives in Elk Grove, California, with her beloved husky mix, Nellie.
